FAQs

Frankincense and Myrrh are two separate essential oils, each derived from the resin of different trees. This combo pack includes one bottle of Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) oil and one bottle of Myrrh (Commiphora Myrrha) oil. Both have been used for centuries for their therapeutic, aromatic, and spiritual benefits. When used together, they offer complementary support for emotional balance, relaxation, immune function, and skin health.*

Each oil has a distinct aroma:

Frankincense has a fresh, woody, slightly citrusy scent with balsamic undertones. It's uplifting, meditative, and clean.

Myrrh is deeper, resinous, and earthy with a slightly smoky, bitter-sweet note. It's calming and grounding.

Used together in a diffuser or routine, they create a rich, sacred aroma often associated with ritual and relaxation.*

There are no additives - just 100% pure essential oils.

Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii): Supports emotional clarity, immune health, skin tone, and respiratory wellness. Also valued for its calming effects in meditation or mindfulness practices.*

Myrrh (Commiphora Myrrha): Known for promoting skin repair, reducing inflammation, supporting oral and respiratory health, and offering deep relaxation.*

Both oils contain powerful natural compounds.*

Frankincense: a-pinene and limonene (anti-inflammatory, mood-supporting), incensole acetate (neuroprotective and calming), boswellic acids (immune and skin support - present in resin, minimal in distilled oil)

Myrrh: furanoeudesma-1,3-diene and curzerene (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory), terpenoids and sesquiterpenes (calming and immune-supportive)

Use each oil individually or together, depending on your needs. There is no standard "serving size," but typical use is 2-5 drops per oil per application.*

Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of either oil, or a combination, to your diffuser.*

Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops in a carrier oil (like jojoba or coconut) and apply to skin, pulse points, or chest.*

Bath: Add 2-4 drops of each to a warm bath with carrier oil or unscented bath salts.*

Skincare: Add 1 drop of myrrh or frankincense to your face oil or moisturizer.*

Frankincense is generally regarded as safe when properly diluted and used as directed with children over the age of 3 years, and while pregnant starting in the 2nd trimester.*

Myrrh is never recommended for children or while pregnant or nursing when used as a single oil. However, it is considered safe when formulated in blends by a qualified aromatherapist, properly diluted, and used as directed according to specific usage recommendations for each individual blend.*
